Proof of Service
GPS Fleet Tracking
Because we‘re committed to providing our clients with the highest level of customer service, our entire fleet is equipped with GPS tracking devices. These devices report the vehicle’s location back to our operations centre and is used to audit security officer movement during a shift. This technology is also used to dispatch the nearest patrol vehicles in the case of an alarm activation or an emergency response.

Electronic Attendance Verification
In addition to the GPS Fleet Tracking we also use Electronic Attendance Verification. Each security officer is given a recording device that is used in conjunction with strategically placed iButtons that are programmed with the site name and location. As the security officer conducts a patrol of an area, he/she places the recording device onto the iButton which records the site name, button location, date and time. This data is then downloaded into a software program called Uniguard at the end of the shift. The software is then used to generate a number of reports that can be used to audit the security officer’s movements and provide a record of visited times at each site.
